		<description>im a guy and i work out im ripped bad im only 13 turning 14 but if you want muscle dont starve urself because that wont get you any muscle just buy waits and do about 5 pounds on each hand then do some pushups  do all this 4 times a week for 3 weeks</description>

		<description>you could do about 200 jumping jacks 2-3 times a day do sit-ups,or leglifts...most people think these things make u lose weight but there wrong they make u gain muscle instead :) ..good luck</description>
