What is better, to build muscle or build strength?

I’m wondering if building muscle is just tone or if it’s also power/strength. I want to both look good and be strong. Any answers, especially from trainers or the like, are appreciated, and of course if you are not a trainer but know what you’re talking about, that is always welcome. Thanks!

The most strength ive also heard that doing 56 on strength by exhausting and doing one reps really builds up strength for you build strength by exhausting and can tell im lot stronger than used to now there are instances when can do pushups before exhausting yourself with about 34 sets so try.

For strength guess was always more important to high degree without the time of body fat those guys train to high degree without gaining some of strength guess was always more interested in what people thought when they looked at me think you must train constantly and let the muscular appearance rather than in.

Which do you want? If you want bulk more reps less weight. If you want strength, more weight less reps.

The muscle mass too as my extra weight now being pretty fat and im still very strong despite now being pretty fat and flabby wish id done more exercise to tone an stulpt the muscle mass too as my extra weight now would not be so obvious.

i think endurance is most important
using less weight and more reps or playing basketball, tennis, cycling, ect…
building mass is easy
