And I’m sure you know all the health problems that come with it. Did we always have a problem with our weight? Of course not. A hundred years ago, most people were slim, and in pretty good shape. It was only the rare individual that had weight problem. Of course, on obvious reason is the amount of physical exercise that most of us get. Back
