The 2009 Dodge Challenger SE Rallye makes the Challenger SE lineup more exciting with a 5-speed automatic (originally it was offered with a 4-speed auto) and some exterior enhancements. Basically, it’s a Challenger SE for those that don’t want to move up to the HEMI V8 R/T but still want all the visual appeal. Power comes from a 3.5L V6 making 250-hp and a peak torque of 250 lb-ft. Fuel-economy comes in at 17/25 mpg (city/highway). The Challenger SE Rallye features design cues including dual
