Weight loss programs normally take a back seat to everything else in our daily lives. For those of us in a frequently eat on the run once or twice a day. Finding healthy food for lunch when on a work break is difficult, since most fast food restaurants offer a variety of fried foods or foods with fattening sauces. Then there is breakfast and dinner.
