For the fourth year in a row, Cardinal Newman came out on top of SCISA Class 3A wrestling, defeating Hammond 42-39 on Saturday. It was not always a given, but coach Eric Goff said he did everything he could to make the four-peat possible.

One of the world's top 10 bodybuilders will judge the rippling muscles on show in Masterton this weekend. The town hosts the New Zealand Federation of Body Building North Island Championships for the fourth year running.
