Exercise and fitness represent the two sides of the same coin. Anyone who needs to lose weight or tries to stay healthy has to integrate some form of physical activity routine in the daily program. Eating smaller portions and administrating all sorts of oral supplements will not be enough to get one in a good shape without proper physical stimulation. Therefore, increased self-awareness and major lifestyle changes will get you through important health improvement.

First I would recommend buying either weight gainer or matrix protein drinks you can buy them at any health store. If you have work out equipment you are in good shape if u don't no worries. If you have a work out center or gym make a list for your self to do certain exercises either every day or every other day, ex. Monday-bench press- 3 sets of 10 reps. After you finish your work out for the day take your protein with in 90 minutes after your work out after 2 weeks you should of gained 10 poun
