KANSAS CITY, Mo. (AP) — Thieves took a lot of time and muscle to pull off a robbery at a Kansas City jewelry store. Kansas City police say the thieves broke a hole in a 6-inch concrete block wall and then cut into a double-layered steel metal safe at Vinca Jewelry on Labor Day.
