Cook leaves game with muscle spasms

Colorado Rockies starting pitcher Aaron Cook has left Tuesday's game against the Philadelphia Phillies after four innings because of muscle spasms in his neck. Cook left after allowing four runs on five hits, striking out two and walking one. He gave up two runs in the fourth, one on Ryan Howard's 22nd home run of the year to lead off the inning.
