May 25 (Bloomberg) -- Outside the Starbucks on Manhattans Park Avenue South, cars and pedestrians stream constantly through the insatiable beast of Grand Central Terminal, while inside caffeine junkies fuel up.

We have a lot of work to do, the CEO said in Tuesday's conference call. I said in my comments that one [profitable] quarter does not make a trend. We realize how tough the environment is in terms of the economy. We realize that there are competitors out there that have a much bigger appetite and advertising muscle than we do, and so we’ve got to be very careful here to recognize that the headwind is still in front of us and it’s too early to think about 2011.
